Michael Jordan once
said, "Never say never because limits, like fears, are often just an
illusion". This famous sportsman is the shining example for young generation.
That is why, I strongly believe that all young people should take part in
sport.
To begin with, scientists proved that exercices physically
remodels our brain for peak performance. Sports can help you beat stress, lift
your mood and fight memory loss. Moreover, Just a simple morning run can
improve your brain structure and increase cognitive abilities.
Secondly, without a doubt, competing in sports can build
character and skills. It is very important for a succesful life.
On the other hand, some sports involve high risk. Most
extreme sports are very dangerous. For instance, parachuting. Parachuting can
lead to serious injury or even death.
All in all, young people need to be healthy and fit,
because they are our hope for the future. But they need to choose sport
carefully. It seems to me that taking part in sport can lead to great results
in education and even in health.
