nutrition. Food also provides the nutrients
that the body needs to function and maintain itself. These nutrients are proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals,
vitamins and water. Needless to
say that balanced meals could protect people from a lot of diseases. For

devastating and exhausting.
To sum up, the quality of life is closely
connected with nutriton. It's complicated to stick with a healthy diet.
However, despite all the hard work that you need to come through, you should
keep in mind that health is above wealth and reputation.
