Food, Health and Safety

             As for the healthy lifestyle, I suspect that the most important is nutrition. Food also provides the nutrients that the body needs to function and maintain itself. These nutrients are proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins and water. Needless to say that balanced meals could protect people from a lot of diseases. For instance, Makato Okushima from Okinawa is one hundred years old. The secret to her health was a healthy, low-fat diet, slowly eating in case to savour the food. Moreover, active lifeway is important as well as nutrition. This is due to the fact that active lifeway prevents you of getting fat.  The body uses fats to maintain its temperature and to cushion organs, however, oversaturation of fats is dangerous.  There are some sensible pieces of advice, which are useful to apply for your life.
            First and foremost, we know that eating a good breakfast helps us to learn better and work more efficiently, and it gives us the energy to keep on playing when other go home exhausted. We know all this and yet most of us run out of the house every morning after only a hurried cup of coffee or a rushed glass of milk. Furthermore, it might lead to a larger problems. Therefore, it's time to make traditional breakfast a more regular feature of our daily routine. Whether you're from Great Britain or Russia ,you can always have a cup of tea and some kind of meal, which is full of protein and carbs.
            Secondly, other main factor is a freshness of the food. Food goes bad because of some factors: temperature in which the food is stored, Ph scale and amount of harmful micro organisms, such as bacterias, moulds and yeasts. Nevertheless, if you are familiar with this factors, you will be able to prevent the deterioration of the food.
          Thirdly, eating is not just a physical process, it's a mental activity. There are a lot of dreadful deseases, which are closely connected with eating disorder. I'd like to give example in case to illustrate my words,  Anorexia nervosa is a condition that typically affects teenage girls. It happens because of the media, that uses underweight models in adverts in glossy magazines. This factor makes young women to equate thinnes with beauty, glamour and success.The way to recovery is usually devastating and exhausting.
            To sum up, the quality of life is closely connected with nutriton. It's complicated to stick with a healthy diet. However, despite all the hard work that you need to come through, you should keep in mind that health is above wealth and reputation.
