Body and soul (Module 3)

        Have you ever thought about treatments in your life? People should choose the right way of living, otherwise, they may struggle with insomnia, stress, anger. That's why I would love to tell you about ways you may treat yourselve and about ways you may solve some of your body and soul's problems.
        First of all, about healthy and stressless lifeway. One of the most famous ways of relaxing is yoga. Also, there are a lot of type of yoga, for example, aerial yoga - yoga in a long silk hammock suspended from the ceiling. You perform various poses sitting, lying or even spinning upside down in the hammock. Furtermore, you may try laughing yoga. It's just a meditation, where you're constantly laughing and smiling. Also, you receive s list of "easy actions for joyful life", including learning new skills, helping neighbours and meditation.
      Secondly, if you want to treat yourself better, you may visit Nature's Spa in New Zeland. It's all about healing wounds and diseases, using nature's waterfalls and green lakes.
        But, what about situation, when you have problems like insomnia and stress? Unfortunately, some people stuggle to cope insomnia, but they get no results. You may visit a hypnotist. It creates a state deep relaxation in which patients are more open to suggestions than they are wide awake. 
        Moreover, one more problem is stress. Stress is the feeling of being under emotional pressure. It can affect how you think and how you feel. One of the best ways to minimise stress is by doing moderate exercise. This way, you should try wacky workout. You will never know the point of your workout, but this physical activity will increase your blood flow and pumps more oxygen arounf the body. Be sure to go outside and make some sweat.
       All in all, you need to treat yourself better and respect yourself. Solving problems is the way you climb to the brightest future.
