When you are teenager feel bad attitude towards you from the people around you is normal, but it can sometimes get out of control and make you unwell. So, but what can you do to reduce that feeling?
I know 2 roads for the extermination of the problem. Firat of all you should learn more about the problem, find out why it is so bad to you are. If you can't do it, try to change yourself, because in most cases the problem is within you, If you can change yourself for the better, likely attitude of other people to you to change.
Second way it is just ignore everything that happens to you, but it can cause a problem for you, stress for example. If you don't want feel yourself so bad, when you are alone you should take good care of yourself by eating healthy, getting enough sleep and taking regular breaks to do something fun. This will help you to distract from what is happening, I guess.
