If you want to be healthy, Never try it

                      The pros and cons of extreme dieting

                Today I would like to tell you about extreme dieting... First of all my opinion on this is negative, but I will try in this message consider it for another way.
                Advantages:

  • You can purchase any body shape
  • If you have a form of body fat man, with weight loss your self-esteem will rise
     Also, With the right weight loss you will eat the right food, natural food...
          Disadventages: 
    • You will not be healthy as you lose weight quickly causes great stress for your body            
    • You can not stop and spend your body to exhaustion
         Also, one part of people can't do it how should
      So in general if you want to keep fit you can use dieting, if you want to be healthy you can live how you live now...But of course it all depends on the situation.
